INGREDIENTS
1 package of strawberry cake mix
1 16 oz can of soda
Optional: strawberries, sprinkles, powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, pour in a package of cake mix. Then add a can of soda and any optional toppings (for example, chopped strawberries, sprinkles). Mix until no more dry clumps of flour remain, but don’t over mix and deflate the batter. You can use any flavor of carbonated beverage for this recipe! I love to use Chi Forest lychee sparkling water because of it’s sugar free and has a strong fruity taste!
2. Bake according to the directions on the box.
3. While the cake is baking, you can make an optional icing by adding one tsp of water at a time to 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until it reaches the consistency you like.
4. Take the cake out of the oven, then after the cake has cooled, top with the icing and enjoy!
