INGREDIENTS [makes ~4 bagels]
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp brown sugar
3/4 cup slightly warm water
optional bagel toppings (everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, cinnamon sugar, cheese, etc)
