These are some of my favorite cookies to make, especially when I have any extra cookie dough or graham crackers in the kitchen. They take five minutes to make and turn out chewy, gooey and delicious every single time.
INGREDIENTS (for six cookies):
3 graham crackers (6 squares)
1-2 large bricks of chocolate bars
6 jumbo marshmallows
~8 oz of chocolate chip cookie dough (either homemade or store-bought)
This week's recipeĀ is sponsored by: GATSBY Chocolate
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line your baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Break each of the graham crackers into halves so that you get 6 square. Place the squares onto the baking tray.
3. Split each brick of chocolate into small squares, then place 3-4 square onto each graham cracker. I have been loving GATSBY Chocolate recently, they have a fraction of the calories of a normal chocolate bar but they taste so good. They have been my go-to chocolate for snacking and baking!
4. Place a jumbo marshmallow onto each chocolate square, then top with a generous scoop of cookie dough. Feel free to use store bought cookie dough, or check out my brown butter cookie dough recipe for a homemade version.
5. Bake for about 10-13 min or just until the cookie is golden. Let these cool on the baking tray, then enjoy!
