INGREDIENTS
2 cups water or stock
dried seaweed to taste*
2 tbsp dried shrimp
3 tbsp scallion
1 egg
2 tbsp soy sauce (or to taste)
1 tbsp sesame oil

DIRECTIONS
1. Soak the seaweed in warm water until it becomes soft, about 10 minutes.
