Brown Butter Pistachio Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter - browned in pan
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of white chocolate chips
1 cup crushed pistachios
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook butter on medium heat until it starts foaming and then browns, about 7-10 minutes. Pour into a large bowl and let it cool until just slightly warm.
