Two recipes!! in one week!!! These were so good that the recipe just could not wait.
I had some Hawaiian sliders the other night at an event, and they were so tasty that I had to recreate them at home, but bigger and better. These sweet and savory burgers are going to hit the spot every time, and they are super easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (I like 80/20)
4 slices of pineapple (fresh or canned, patted dry)
4 slices of swiss cheese
4 brioche buns
1/4 cup mayo
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp siracha (optional)
lettuce
4 eggs
small onion, sliced thinly
butter
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
