Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread
My favorite garlic bread ever -- crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside :)
INGREDIENTS (makes ~4 rolls)
Dipping batter:
1 egg
3 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp garlic paste or garlic powder
2 tsp each of dried parsley, oregano, and basil
Filling:
4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
3 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
